Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use FormFlow at pdfoverwk2026.com. The short version: your documents never leave your device, and we don't track you.

Your documents

When you open a PDF in a FormFlow tool, your browser reads the file from your device and processes it locally with JavaScript. The file, its contents and anything you type into it are not uploaded to FormFlow or to any third party. The finished PDF is created in your browser and saved straight to your device when you press Download.

When you use "Continue with this file" to move a document from one FormFlow tool to another, the file is stored briefly in your browser's own IndexedDB storage so the next page can open it. It is deleted as soon as the next tool reads it, and ignored after 15 minutes.

Saved signatures

If you tick "Remember on this device" when creating a signature, the signature image is saved in your browser's local storage on that device only. It is never sent to us. You can delete it with "Forget saved signatures" in the Sign tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Information our server sees

Like every website, our web server receives standard request information when you load a page: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. These server logs are used to keep the site running, measure overall traffic and block abuse. They are kept for up to 90 days and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

FormFlow does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts, social widgets or ad networks.

Children

FormFlow is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices and rights

Because we don't hold your documents or an account for you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are a resident of a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California) and want to ask about server log data, email us at hello@pdfoverwk2026.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
