Helpful details to include

• Which tool you were using (Fill, Sign, Create or Flatten).
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• If a public form misbehaves (for example an IRS or state form), the link to where you downloaded it.

Please don't email private documents. Because FormFlow never receives your files, I can't see the PDF you were working on — and I'd rather not hold anyone's personal paperwork in my inbox. A link to a public blank form is perfect.
